Income BOUNDARY lines
Nuorisosäätiö’s apartment buildings are build by different kind of loan money. Buildings that are build by governent and supported loans (= arava and korkotuki) has boundary lines.
Property boundary lines
In Helsinki:
For one person 57 000 €, for two 82 000 €, for three 131 000 €,
for four 136 000 € etc.
In other municipalities
For one person 34 000 €, for two 43 000 €, for three 48 000 €,
for four 59 000 € etc. |
| Period of tenancy and deposit money |
- Tenancy is limited. When the tenant turn 35 years will lease end. With two tenants will lease end when the younger of tenants turn 35.
- Before a new tenant can pick up keys must he pay deposite money. Deposit money is as much as one month rent. |

1. INFORMATION ABOUT PRESENT HOUSING
Register of the house (= Talonkirjaote) from present housing or
Asukasluettelo from Maistraatti or
Kotipaikkatodistus from Maistraatti if applicant is homeless.
2. INCOMS
Proof of Monthly income (salary or other income).
3. TAX INFORMATION
Copy of The Finnish Tax Administration's Pre-completed tax return form 2007 / Notice of Assessment.
If You have lost or don't have it take a contact to your local Tax Administration and ask for it.
4. PROPERTY
Proof of dept concerning the property.
5. STUDIES
Certificate of studies from student.
6. NATIONALITY
Copy of residence visa and passport if applicant is not EU-citizen.
7. OTHER PROOFS (if necessary)
Devorce - copy of application left to the court or final decision of divorce, proof of pregnancy, given notice by lessor
or other proof about to be displaced from present apartment for example court order, custodian, state of health and so on.
Copies will do if applicant needs the orginal proofs.
The proofs may not be older than 3 months except Notice of Assessment and court judgement etc.
When You're delivering the application make sure that all enclosures are attached to application. Without enclosures application is not valid.
